Del HC: Aided Minority Educational Institution Affiliated With University Must Follow its Procedure - (13 Sep 2022)

EDUCATION

Delhi High Court has held that St Stephens College must follow admission policy of Delhi University for academic sessions 2022-23 for students belonging to non-minority category applying to undergraduate courses, and has directed withdrawal of admission prospectus and issue fresh public notice.
