Delhi HC Takes Suo Motu Cognizance of Reports About 2 Deaths Due to Inhalation of Toxic Sewer Fumes - (12 Sep 2022)

Delhi High Court has taken suo motu cognizance of a news report stating that two men had died last week in city's Mundka area after they inhaled toxic gases inside a sewer, and issued notice to Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), Chief Secretary of the Delhi Government and Delhi Jal Board.
