TRAI responds to DoT's back reference on TRAI's Recommendations dated 19.08.2021 on "Enabling Unbundling of Different Layers Through Differential Licensing"- (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) (06 Sep 2022)

Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has issued its response to the back-reference received from DoT regarding its earlier Recommendations on "Enabling Unbundling of Different Layers Through Differential Licensing" dated 19.08.2021.

Department of Telecommunications (DoT), through their letter dated 02.08.2022, referred back TRAI's recommendations on 'Enabling Unbundling of Different Layers Through Differential Licensing' for reconsideration.

After examination, TRAI has finalized its response to the back-reference reiterating its earlier recommendations. The views given by the Authority have been placed on TRAI's website www.trai.gov.in.
