Allahabad HC: Weapon's Recovery from Place Unknown to Everyone Underlines Confirmation Theory - (09 Sep 2022)

LAW OF EVIDENCE

Allahabad High Court has held that recovery of weapon by accused from a place unknown to anybody else including the investigating officer is a fact that underlines the confirmation theory which is at the heart of provisions of Section 27 of the Indian Evidence Act.
