Karnataka HC Dismisses PIL Against Commercial Use of Kali River Water - (08 Sep 2022)

ENVIRONMENT

Karnataka High Court while dismissing PIL challenging State's decision of permitting commercial use of Kali river water has held that utilisation of resources has to be in way which is consistent with principles of sustainable development and balance has to be struck between development and ecology.
