Gauhati HC Expresses Shock Over High-Handedness of Traffic Police Against Commuter - (07 Sep 2022)

Gauhati High Court while expressing displeasure over incident involving alleged misuse of authority by traffic personnel against a 'trivially errant' commuter, has held that it is necessary for authorities to impart training to their personnel and make them citizen centric while discharging duties.
