Allahabad HC: Non-Availability of Agreement Not Material if Parties Don’t Dispute its Existence - (06 Sep 2022)

ARBITRATION

Allahabad High Court has held that an application under Section 8 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act cannot be rejected merely because the original agreement or its certified copy was not on record when the parties do not dispute the existence of the agreement.
