UK HC: Consider Declaring Elephant Corridors in Jim Corbett National Park as Eco-Sensitive Zones - (02 Sep 2022)

ENVIRONMENT

Uttarakhand High Court has directed the Central Government to consider declaring elephant corridors in the Jim Corbett National Park as 'Eco-sensitive zones' under the Environment Protection Act, and not allow construction in any form within the identified elephant corridors in the area.
