Jharkhand HC Takes Suo Moto Cognizance to Monitor Dumka School Girl Killing Case - (02 Sep 2022)

Jharkhand High Court while taking suo moto cognizance of Dumka girl death case wherein school girl was reportedly killed after a man allegedly poured petrol on her while she was sleeping and set her ablaze, has held that incident has stirred the conscience of the entire country.
