Delhi HC: Appl. Against Order Rejecting Waiver of Interest Would Fall Under Direct Tax (VSV) Act - (01 Sep 2022)

Delhi High Court has held that an application under the Companies Act against the order rejecting the application for waiver of interest would fall within the scope of Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Act, 2020 (VSV Act).
