Orissa HC Declines to Intervene Against Police Action in Distorted Ganesh Idol Case - (31 Aug 2022)

CRIMINAL

Orissa High Court while declining to entertain PIL filed against alleged police actions in preventing making and selling certain types of idols of Lord Ganesha, has backed the actions of police and apprehended law and order situation if such idols are permitted to be made and sold.
