SC Dismisses Plea Challenging Shorthand Test as Criteria for Post of Private Secretary to Judges - (31 Aug 2022)

Supreme Court while dismissing plea filed against Bombay High Court order on plea challenging prescription of shorthand test as selection criteria for promotion as Private Secretary to the judges has held that proficiency in Stenography is important for discharge of duties by Private Secretaries.
