SC Closes 2009 Contempt Case Against Prashant Bhushan And Tarun Tejpal - (30 Aug 2022)

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Supreme Court has closed the contempt case initiated against Advocate Prashant Bhushan and Tehelka editor Tarun Tejpal, in 2009 over his interview given to Tehelka magazine in which he said that several previous Chief Justices of India are corrupt.
