ITAT: No Income Tax on Compensation Received for Compulsory Acquisition of Land by Government - (29 Aug 2022)

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Patna Bench has held that no Income tax to be levied on compensation received for compulsory acquisition of land by the government.
