SC: Appeal Against ITAT Order Lies before HC in Whose Jurisdiction AO Situates - (29 Aug 2022)

Supreme Court has held that appeals against Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) order lies before the High Court in whose jurisdiction the Assessing Officer (AO) who passes the assessment order is situated.
