SC Refuses to Completely Remove Ceiling Limits on Iron Ore Production in Karnataka - (29 Aug 2022)

Supreme Court has refused to accept the recommendation of Centrally Empowered Committee, to grant complete relaxation of the ceiling limit imposed on production of iron ore in certain districts in the State of Karnataka.
