Kerala HC Grants Bail to YouTuber Accused of Insulting Scheduled Tribe Woman - (24 Aug 2022)

Kerala High Court while granting bail to youtuber accused of insulting woman belonging to scheduled tribe, has held that lower court was more concerned with the impact on society rather than the purpose served by prolonging the custody.
