Kerala HC Stays Order Granting Bail to Activist Civic Chandran in Sexual Harassment Case - (24 Aug 2022)

Kerala High Court while staying order granting bail to activist Civic Chandran, has held that lower Court’s observation under Section 354A of Indian Penal Code, regarding prima facie applicability of provision when woman is wearing sexually provocative dress are not justified.
