Kerala HC: Ensure Institutions Don't Suffer While BPL Students Are Allowed to Continue Education - (24 Aug 2022)

Kerala High Court while refraining colleges from taking detrimental action against students belonging to Below Poverty Line (BPL) category merely for not paying fees, has directed State to frame mechanism to ensure that institutions don’t suffer while BPL students are allowed to continue education.
