Madras HC: Intake Can’t be Beyond Sanctioned Limit or Time Schedule for Completing Admissions - (23 Aug 2022)

EDUCATION

Madras High Court has held that admission to the courses had to be commensurate with the annual intake capacity of the institution. The court also stated that admissions cannot be made beyond the time limit fixed by Supreme Court for completing admissions.
