Rajasthan HC: NHAI Can't be Directed to Construct Highways Through Populated Areas - (23 Aug 2022)

Rajasthan High Court while dismissing a PIL seeking direction to National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) to not construct a by-pass on highways, has held that there can’t be any justification to entertain prayer for directing NHAI not to construct a by-pass on the highways.
