Kar. HC: Contents of Azan Don't Violate Rights of Other Faiths Under Article 25/26 Constitution - (23 Aug 2022)

CONSTITUTION

Karnataka High Court has held that Article 25 and 26 of Constitution embraces principle of religious tolerance and contention that content of Azan violate fundamental right of person of other faith can’t be accepted.
