Delhi HC: Satyendar Jain Can’t be Disqualified from Legislative Assembly Under Writ Jurisdiction - (22 Aug 2022)

CIVIL

Delhi High Court has held that in exercise of writ jurisdiction under Article 226, the Court cannot declare Jain as a person with unsound mind and cannot disqualify him from being a member of the Legislative Assembly or the Minister in the Government of NCT of Delhi.
