Kerala HC: Right to be Forgotten May Not be Absolute Right Even After Acquittal in Cases - (18 Aug 2022)

Kerala High Court has opined that right to be forgotten may not be one that can be claimed as an absolute right especially when it comes to details of litigants which are available on online portals.
