Allahabad HC: Candidates Can't Claim as Right That Recruitment for Govt Post Must be Made Every Year - (18 Aug 2022)

Allahabad High Court while denying relief to person over-aged to appear in Assistant Prosecution Officer Exam has held that candidates cannot claim as a matter of right that recruitment on any post should be made every year.
