Delhi HC: Experts' Opinion Can’t be Supplanted by Court Overstepping Jurisdiction - (12 Aug 2022)

Delhi High Court has held that judges are not and cannot be experts in all fields, and the opinion of experts cannot be supplanted by a Court overstepping its jurisdiction.
