NGT Looks for Centre, DDA's Response over Plea Against Building Bye-Laws - (11 Apr 2016)

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has sought responses from Centre and DDA on a plea challenging Government's decision to allegedly "dilute and exempt" prior environment clearance for buildings and construction projects through the latest model building bye-laws.
