SC: Can’t Dismiss Application on Ground That it Will Lead to Filling Loop Holes of Prosecution Case - (09 Aug 2022)

Supreme Court has held that an application under Section 311 Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) cannot be dismissed merely on the ground that it will lead to filling in the loop holes of the prosecution's case.
