Delhi HC: Arrest Shouldn’t be Made Because it’s Lawful, Must Justify it Apart from Power to do so - (04 Aug 2022)

Delhi High Court has held that no arrest should be made merely for the reason that that it is lawful, thereby adding that the police officer has to justify the arrest apart from his power to do so.
