Bombay HC: Unclean & Unhygienic Toilets Affect Right of Every Girl Child to Live With Dignity - (04 Aug 2022)

CONSTITUTION

Bombay High Court has held that any failure on the part of authorities/concerned schools to provide for basic facilities of clean and hygienic toilets to young girl students would amount to denial of a basic human right to live with dignity apart from compromising on the health of these children.
