ITAT: Delay Due to Daughter’s Serious Medical Condition is Reasonable Cause - (02 Aug 2022)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Delhi Bench while condoning delay in filing appeal, has held that delay in filing the appeal due to his daughter’s serious medical condition is reasonable cause for condonation.
