Allahabad HC: Seriousness of Offence Alone Cannot be The Basis for Granting Bail - (02 Aug 2022)

Allahabad High Court while granting bail to an accused in GST Scam case, has held that the seriousness of the offences alone is not conclusive of the applicant’s entitlement to bail, other factors also to be considered.
