Rajasthan Passes Bills to Ease Land Acquisition - (08 Apr 2016)

Rajasthan has passed the Rajasthan Urban Land (Certification Of Titles) Bill, 2016 and Rajasthan Land Pooling Schemes Bill, giving a landmark legislation providing statutory backing to land records, effectively guaranteeing land and property ownership.
