Bombay HC: Consent Obtained For Sex Without Disclosing First Marriage Constitutes Rape - (28 Jul 2022)

Bombay High Court while refusing to discharge husband in a rape case filed by a Marathi actress, has held that consent obtained for sex in a second marriage without disclosing first marriage would prime facie constitute rape.
