Delhi HC: Court Cannot Interfere With Private Body's Internal Management - (28 Jul 2022)

Delhi High Court while observing that Writ of Mandamus cannot be used as remedy against private wrongs has held that Court cannot interfere with the internal management of a private body in a writ of mandamus.
