Delhi HC: Govt. Can’t Say No Obligation Towards Municipal Corporations - (08 Apr 2016)

Delhi High Court has said Delhi Government cannot say it has no obligation towards the three municipal corporations in the capital as far as payment of salaries to employees was concerned.
