RBI Issues Guidelines on PSLCs - (08 Apr 2016)

Reserve Bank of India (RBI), has released guidelines for Priority Sector Lending Certificates (PSLCs), where banks can buy and sell instruments to manage the priority sector lending limits on their loan books.
