SC Dismisses Mother's Plea to Review Judgment Commuting Death Sentence of Rape And Murder Convict - (26 Jul 2022)

Supreme Court has dismissed a petition filed by a mother seeking review of its Judgment commuting the death sentence awarded to a man convicted for the rape and murder of minor daughter, stating that sentence was commuted after considering all relevant factors.
