Telangana HC: Customs Act Provides Mechanism for Dealing With Offences, S. 160 CrPC Not Applicable - (26 Jul 2022)

Telangana High Court has held that the Customs Act provides its own mechanism to deal with the offences and therefore, the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC), is not applicable to such offences.
