Delhi HC: Delay in Filing Appeal Under POSH Act Can be Condoned U/S 5 of Limitation Act - (26 Jul 2022)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has held that under Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act), victim's delay in filing appeal against the inquiry report can be condoned under Limitation Act if such a delay is properly explained.
