SC: No Wrong in Disqualifying Candidate for Not Using Prescribed Language in OMR Sheet - (26 Jul 2022)

SERVICE

Supreme Court while upholding the rejection of candidature of a candidate, who used different language in the application form than the OMR sheet, has held that since advertisement contemplated the manner of attempting the answer sheets, it has to be done in the manner prescribed.
