SC Refuses to Interfere With Delhi HC Directions to Monitor Conditions of Women Inmates in Ashram - (26 Jul 2022)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has dismissed a plea challenging the direction of the Delhi High Court to form a District Judge-led Committee to monitor the condition of women at Adhyatmik Vidyalaya, alleged to have been housed in animal like condition.
