SC Dismissed Plea to Relax Lawyers’ Dress Code During Summer - (26 Jul 2022)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has declined to entertain a petition seeking relaxation of dress code for lawyers during the summer season. The Court while dismissing the plea asked the petitioner to approach Bar Council of India regarding the grievance.
