JH HC: Person Not Being Railway Servant Travelling In Goods Train Not Entitled To Compensation - (26 Jul 2022)

Jharkhand High Court has held that if a person, not being a railway employee, is traveling in a goods train and falls down from such a train, then he is not entitled to compensation from the Railway administration.
