Delhi HC: Mere Regulation of Body by Statute Does Not Mean That Body is Discharging Public Function - (25 Jul 2022)

Delhi High Court has held that merely because a body is obligated to comply with various statutory requirements, that cannot be conclusive to answer the question of whether it is discharging a public function.
