SC: Uddhav Thackeray-Eknath Shinde Dispute Maybe Referred to Larger Bench - (21 Jul 2022)
CONSTITUTION
Supreme Court has held that the issues arising in the petitions filed in relation to the Shiv Sena rift may have to be referred to a larger bench as some of the issues are important constitutional issues which should be settled.
