Allahabad HC: CrPC Doesn’t Indicates That Proclaimed Offender is Barred to File for Pre-Arrest Bail - (21 Jul 2022)

Allahabad High Court has held that Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) doesn't say that a proclaimed offender would be barred to file anticipatory bail plea.
