Kar. HC Sets Aside Conviction U/S 304B IPC Citing Discrepancies in Multiple Dying Declarations - (21 Jul 2022)

CRIMINAL

Karnataka High Court has set aside the conviction handed down to a husband under Section 304-B of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), noting that there were discrepancies in the two dying declarations of the deceased wife, recorded before the police.
