Kerala HC: Selection of Candidates Can be Based on Rational Criteria if Applicants Exceed Vacancies - (20 Jul 2022)

Kerala High Court has held that Selection Committee can shortlist qualified applicants to trim down the number of such eligible applicants, provided the criteria for shortlisting do not eliminate candidates for not having qualifications that were never notified earlier.
