SC Refuses to Transfer to Itself Cases Challenging Agnipath Scheme in HCs - (19 Jul 2022)

Supreme Court while refusing to transfer to it cases challenging Agnipath scheme, has transferred the petitions filed before it challenging the Agnipath recruitment scheme for the armed forces to the Delhi High Court, where similar petitions are already pending.
